Would you like to find out more about your personal energetics and how they work? Then this online workshop is right for you.
Just as your DNA defines what your body looks like, the Human Design can visualise and describe your force field, also known as your aura. It shows how your aura affects the outside world, but also where you yourself perceive information from your environment like a sponge. This online one-day workshop is a combination of theory and dynamic exchange, paired with occasional exercises.
Programm:
Below you will find a rough overview of what to expect on the day. All elements are interactive and alternate between explanation and exchange. I will also give you small exercises on the elements of the chart that you can try out and apply in your everyday life.
In the morning 9:30h - 11:30h:
What are all those numbers, lines and geometric shapes? - An overview of the elements of the Human Design Chart?
Why am I so emotional, have lots of questions in my head or sometimes feel insecure? - The themes of the centres and what they mean for your chart.
Midday 1:30pm - 3:30pm:
Which potential lies dormant in you? - About channels and gates.
How can I best work with others? - Your talent sequence and how you co-operate well with your energy
Evening 7:30pm - 9pm:
Why do I seem constantly blocked and just can't start, finish things? - Interruptions in your energy and fears
Summary and what happens next? Exercises to deepen and live your personal design.
You get:
One-day workshop divided into three sessions of 1.5 - 2 hours each
Decoding of the participants' charts, so that at the end everyone understands their energetics well and knows why they act and feel the way they do
I will send you a compact force field overview of your personal Human Design Chart when you book the workshop
