Deeply rooted, open to the sky
The araucaria is one of the oldest tree species on Earth. Its family was already growing when dinosaurs still roamed the forests. It stands upright and calm, deeply rooted in the earth, reaching its branches towards the sky in clear, quiet rings. Every branch grows in a perfect spiral.
To me, it is an image of what this session is about: being connected to what carries you, and open to what wants to come to you from above. Heaven and earth, united within you.
The seeds that nourished a people
In the Andes of Chile and Argentina, the araucaria is called pehuén. For the Pehuenche, a part of the Mapuche people, it is sacred. Their name means “people of the pehuén”.
An old legend tells of a long, hard winter. Snow covered the land, and the food was running out. Searching for something to eat, a young man met an old stranger. The stranger showed him that the seeds of the araucaria could be boiled or roasted over the fire and eaten. The stranger was Ngenechén, the creator. From then on, the people never went hungry again, and the seeds still nourish the Pehuenche today.
Just as the tree gave its seeds to the people, I pass on a seed in the Araucaria Session: codes and activations that your Higher Self releases for you. They can make it easier for your soul to fulfil its purpose here on Earth. What lets the seed grow is always your own energy.

I connect with the field from which everything arises, and with your Higher Self. It gives the go-ahead for whether the session may take place and to what extent we work. This can be individual gates, channels or centers of your chart, sometimes also a protection. I am only the channel. The activations are like a key: they can help something within you to be strengthened, added, protected or made more fluid. Like water that stays clear and alive
Water that is allowed to flow stays clear and alive. When it stands still for too long or takes in too much, it becomes murky. Yet it can always be cleared and calmed again, its flow can be strengthened or gently protected so it doesn't become too fast. In the same way, your inner water may find its way back into balance.
Like lanes on a busy road
Imagine a road without lanes: everyone drives wherever they like, it is loud and exhausting. As soon as there are clear lanes, everything becomes calmer and smoother. This is how many people describe the feeling afterwards: more order, more calm in the mind and more space for themselves.

Understanding
I share what I perceived and show you in your chart which gates, channels or centers were activated. This way you can see how everything relates to your current situation.
The preliminary talk, session and follow-up together take about 30 to 60 minutes.

You don't need any prior knowledge or a reading. The session is there for you, wherever you are on your path right now.

Do I need a reading or any knowledge of Human Design?
No, you need neither. It simply helps me to have your chart, which is why I ask for your birth data when you book.
What exactly is activated?
I don't decide this, your Higher Self does. I ask what you truly need right now and what may be activated. This can be individual gates, whole channels or centers, or a protection, for example for times in large crowds. Sometimes it also shows that something would rather wait. I respect that.
Is it certain that something will happen?
No, there is no guarantee. Your Higher Self decides whether the session may take place and to what extent we work, and sometimes now is not the right time. I am only the channel. How you experience the activations and what unfolds from them depends on the energy you carry within you, and is different for everyone.
Why does the session itself only take a few minutes?
Energy doesn't need a long time. The moment itself is short, and its effect often unfolds over the following hours and days. Some people even feel something moving before the appointment.
What will I feel during and after the session?
This is different for everyone. Some feel warmth in a certain place, a tingling in their hands, energy flowing in from above or a flickering before their eyes. Others see images or become very still. Some notice little at first and become aware of the change later in their everyday life. Everything is just right as it is.
How can I best prepare?
Find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed, and allow yourself some time after the appointment. Drink enough water and, if you like, take a walk in nature afterwards.
Is the Araucaria Session a medical treatment?
No. The session is energetic support. It does not replace examination or treatment by a doctor, alternative practitioner or psychotherapist. Please do not stop any prescribed medication or therapy without consulting your doctor.
